    I had a poor experience. I chose this agency, even though it was a bit higher, since I was going to be living in Aurora and wanted to support the local economy. After several phone calls, emails, and giving the agency much personal information, they cancelled last minute; stating there was a claim a few years ago that disqualified me. The receptionist stated that she "doesn't want to get her hand slapped again" if she tried to get me coverage. I called another insurance company and went with them. It was a lower quoted price AND they included the previous claim in the quote. The agent said that any software will automatically let them know of a previous claim when doing a price quote. This agency caused much wasted time on both ends and I do not recommend them for services. Sounds like they use outdated software and are not very efficient.
